I have tried contacting their customer support, it has been three days and no response. I will update my review if I get at least some kind of response. 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful my brother got it and boom we get charged, March 23, 2012 This review is from: NFL Pro 2012 (Kindle Fire Edition) (App) my little brother got the game on his kindle fire I like football so I got it on my kindle fire too until I go into the settings and see that it is running in my system meaning it is charging as I play the game no joke.
