Perhaps I missed it in the description but when I received the case I was pleasantly surprised to find that the case comes inside a velvet pouch which can be used to store the iPad/case and keep them protected. Whilst the pouch could be a bit larger to easily slide the iPad in, I'm not complaining.When I ordered my iPad 3, I also ordered the Apple leather cover. There were two big negatives with it for me: 1) The cover does nothing to protect the iPad from getting scratched, when placed on hard surfaces or damaged if it's dropped. 2) The cover appears to be easy to get scratch marks on it and get dirty. There are many cases on Amazon but for the price, this has to be one of the best. The case looks sharp and keeps the iPad protected. For the most part the iPad is well protected although the corners are exposed. I suspect that if it were to fall and impact one of the corners there would be some damage to the iPad... I explained the situation to them and they responded almost immediately that they would take care of it and send me a new case that would fix the problem. I can't begin to explain how happy I am with this company's customer service. I definitely recommend both only this shop and this case to anybody. I had purchased a case for an iPad2 for Christmas and loved it, which is why I felt confident ordering from this company again.
